When Right of Private defence extend to causing Death: PPc sec100
                         Right of Private defence of body may extend to cause death in different situation enumerated:
1-Such an assault as may reasonably cause the apprehension that death will otherwise be  the consequence of such assault.

2-Such a assault as may reasonable cause the apprehension that grievous hurt will otherwise be the consequence of such assault.

3-An Assault with the intention of committing  Rape.

4-An assault with intention of Gratifying unnatural lust.

5-An Assault with intention of Kidnapping or abduoncting.

6-An Assault with intention of wrongfully confining rongfully confining a person.

 Convention No 138 Minimum Age of Employment  This Convention is about  Minimum Admission on employment having convene d at Geneva by governing body  inte rnational Labor Officer, on 6 J une 1973.This Convention cited eighteen Article.
